Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lumenwire is a digital subscription service. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account emails, or by emailing support@hackelec.shop. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Room allowances are per billing month and do not carry over.

2. Refunds

  • Because plans are billed in advance for digital access, renewals are generally non-refundable once the new period has started.
  • If you are charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable for a sustained period during your billing cycle, contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
  • If a render or reveal fails to generate, we will re-run it or restore the allowance used — regenerating an unsatisfactory output is our first remedy.
  • Free plan (Spark) usage is not charged and is not refundable.

3. Yearly plans

Yearly plans are billed once for the year. If you cancel a yearly plan, it stops renewing at the end of the paid year; part-year refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where required by law.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing here affects any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer. For digital services supplied immediately, cancellation rights may be limited once you have started using the service, to the extent permitted by law.

5. How to request

Email support@hackelec.shop with your account email and, if relevant, the plan or charge in question. All amounts are handled in USD. Governing law: England and Wales.
