1. Your inputs
You keep ownership of the room briefs, notes, photos and sketches you provide (“Inputs”). You grant HACKETT ELECTRICAL LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Inputs solely to operate the service and generate your outputs. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models. Uploaded photos and sketches are cached only as long as needed to produce your outputs and are cleared within 30 days by default.
2. Your outputs
Subject to your plan being in good standing, you may use the lighting plans, images, briefs and reveal videos you generate (“Outputs”) for your own personal or business planning purposes, including sharing them with a qualified electrician or designer. You may not resell the Outputs as a standalone product or present them as certified electrical designs.
3. Our materials
The Lumenwire name, site design, sample imagery, templates and software are owned by HACKETT ELECTRICAL LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service.
4. Responsibility for Inputs
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. Do not upload third-party brands, logos or copyrighted material you do not have permission to use. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
